KUVER - Power Shunts
Power shunts provided by Power Shunts are designed for flexibility and optimized electrical performance. These connections are crafted from highly elastic flat litz wires, with diameters ranging between 0.1 mm to 0.2 mm, ensuring minimal resistance and maximum conductivity. Able to accommodate a wide range of applications, the shunts can be manufactured with widths from 20 mm to 300 mm and with cross-sections from 26 mm² to 6000 mm². Contact surfaces on these shunts are available with tin or silver plating for enhanced durability and are crafted out of seamless socket contacts made from E-Cu, molded under high pressure to secure optimal contact integrity and low resistance. They offer customization options like additional insulation using PVC or silicone, aligning with specific needs in electrical setups. This ensures reliable performance even in demanding environments, making them suitable for specialized and varied electrical requirements.
KUVER - Press Welded Copper Shunts
Press welded copper shunts are crafted by welding numerous single copper strips with thicknesses ranging from 0.1 to 0.5 mm. This production method ensures a consistent cross-section across the entire unit. Depending on customer requirements and intended applications, the terminals can be treated with silver, tin, or nickel. These shunts are designed to offer flexibility in customization, accommodating nearly any configuration as per customer needs. This makes them suitable for various industrial and electrical applications where reliable and consistent electrical conduction is essential. The shunts provide efficient solutions for connecting electrical components while maintaining optimal conductivity and durability. They are an integral part of electrical systems that demand high precision and adaptability.
KUVER - Flexible Aluminium Connections
Flexible aluminium connections are engineered in a manner akin to copper variants, employing multiple thin tapes with thicknesses ranging from 0.1 to 0.5 millimeters. These tapes can be either riveted or welded to ensure a consistent cross-sectional area, which in turn provides optimal terminal contact surfaces. The design and material selection of these aluminium connections allow for efficient current conduction and thermal management, making them suitable for varied electrical applications. The technology employed in their fabrication ensures durability and reliability, with an emphasis on maintaining the integrity of the terminal contacts. DB offers a variety of these aluminium connections, and potential customers are encouraged to inquire further for detailed specifications and capacity tables.
