The Ledbury Premium bunded diesel storage tank, is available in capacities of up to 200,000 litres but without the removable roof that the ‘Supreme’ offers. The Premium and the Standard offer many operators a more economic alternative. The premium only differs from the standard, where gravity feed is concerned. The Standard design can only be used for top suction outlets and not for bottom outlet gravity feed situations. With all Ledbury tank designs, single or multi compartment units are available, enabling you to offer multi product dispensing from one footprint location.

Bunded diesel tanks manufactured by LWE can be found at transport hubs and service depots throughout the United Kingdom and Europe. Customers include haulage firms, coach operators, local authorities and emergency services. Depot fuel storage provides additional operational resilience, by providing a precaution against any disruption to normal supplies.

Supreme design Derv Pack is the ultimate, maintenance friendly storage tank. All-round secondary containment and ease of access are achieved via a fully removable convex roof section and a separate inner tank raised (depending on spec) above the bund base on support channels. All LWE bunded tanks are supported on bund channels to ensure adequate air flow to the base and are supplied with a high standard paint finish.

Ledbury Welding & Engineering manufacture a comprehensive range of mild steel cylindrical storage tanks for both above and below ground storage of diesel, aviation fuels, petroleum and chemicals. Double skin tanks conforming to European standard PREN12285 are available to 100,000-litre capacity. Polyurethane (Endoprene) finish for pea-shingle installations can be applied to tanks up to 70,000-litre capacity. Single skin cylindrical tanks designed to BS 799, BS 2654 and BS 2594 are produced to 165,000-litre capacity. Associated fixtures and fittings, including galvanised access ladders and platforms, installation and de-commissioning services complete Ledbury Welding & Engineering cylindrical portfolio.

Ledbury Welding & Engineering’s AdBlue® tanks are manufactured from a high quality steel bund (to BSEN/10025:1993 grade S275) with an inner tank of either stainless steel (grade 304) or moulded HDPE. The bund, in order to comply with regulations is capable of holding a minimum of 110% of the inner tank capacity. Dependant on design the roof can be made removable to facilitate access to the bund for maintenance purposes.

Many liquid products are of a potentially corrosive nature or can react in some way with standard carbon steel. These can often call for stainless steel bunded storage.
