Lekea - Dan Trim ApS products

Lekea-Dan Trim offers Danish-manufactured automatic biofuel combustion plants designed for industrial, agricultural, and institutional heating needs. These plants can handle various biofuels, including wood pellets, woodchips, sawdust, grains, and olive stones. The combustion plants are engineered for high durability and include features such as automatic biomass conveyance into the burner, boiler deashing, and flue duct cleansing. These plants have been tested both in the field since 1982 and by the Danish Technological Institute, adhering to EN 303-5 standards. They are built to withstand years of use while providing consistent, cost-effective heating solutions. The system also includes handy combustion control and can be delivered as a container solution with a pellet silo.

The Lekea MK series is manufactured in Denmark. The Lekea MK 45-70-90 boiler is available from 48 to 67 kWs, for feeding with small straw bales. The burner chamber is executed from 8mm steel sheet, thus ensuring a long life for the boiler.

The Lekea MK 160-30 boiler is designed for heating with 80x80cm straw bales.
The burner chamber is manufactured from strong steel sheet and fitted with a firebrick at the top, thus ensuring the high combustion temperature and efficient fluegas combustion. The fluegas convector made from strong steel pipes transfers the heat to the water and offers the efficient utilization of the remaining heat in the fluegases.

The Lekea steel chimney features an outer load-bearing casing constructed from corrosion-resistant corten steel and an insulating Isokern core, ensuring optimal insulation, corrosion resistance, and high temperature stability. The corten steel casing requires no external maintenance and is designed for easy installation. The chimney can be tailored to specific heating or boiler systems in terms of dimensions, height, flue-gas intake, cleaning doors, steps, and anchor bolts with a casting template for the foundation. It also offers surface coating in a selected color. The chimney with multiple flue ducts is built with an outer layer of corten steel and inner ducts made of acid-proof or corrosion-resistant corten steel, insulated with dual 30mm wire gauze to minimize flue-gas cooling. Available inner core diameters include Ø200, Ø225, Ø250, Ø300, Ø350, and Ø400 mm, while external cape dimensions range from Ø400, Ø480, to Ø600 mm. All construction modifications are reserved.
