CY-ZJ01 is a ground-based fixed-angle solar mounting system designed to adapt to various geological conditions. Customers have the flexibility to select from grounding screw piles, rammed posts, or concrete beams as the foundations for their setup. The core material used in this system is C-shaped hot-dip galvanized steel with a coating thickness ranging from 60 to 80 micrometers. This high-quality material ensures long-lasting durability and excellent anti-corrosion properties. Additionally, the system is designed to withstand wind loads up to 60 meters per second and snow loads up to 2.0 kN/m², adhering to international standards like ASCE7-10, EN 1990:2002/A1:2005 Eurocode, and AS 1170. CY Solar provides a 15-year warranty for this racking system, with an expected service life of up to 30 years. The Ballast flat roof mounting system, model CR06-1, is designed for ease of installation with minimal components, including a Z bracket, mid clamp, and end clamp. Composed of steel, this system also offers customizable wind protection. It is compatible with all panel sizes and orientations, making it an ideal choice for commercial projects due to its cost-effectiveness. The system accommodates flat concrete rooftops, made from HDG steel and anodized aluminum. It employs a ballasted foundation with tilt angles of 5°, 10°, and 15° and supports custom panel arrays. Wind loads up to 45m/s and snow loads up to 1.4 KN/M2 can be managed. It adheres to standards like ASCE7-10, EN 1990:2002/A1:2005 Eurocode, and AS 1170, ensuring durability with a 15-year warranty.

Trapezoidal metal sheet roof bracket is designed for trapezoidal metal sheet roof, it is the most common used mounting bracket. For high wind industry, we offer L foot bracket and hunger bolt bracket, they can be installed on steel purlins or wood purlins.  For low wind industry, we offer mini rail bracket.

It features both single-sided and double-sided carports constructed from either high-quality aluminum or galvanized steel. The foundation can be either a concrete foundation or a rammed post.
