V.V.C. designs and produces refractory-lined damper valves that resist extremely high temperatures up to 1150°C, which are invaluable in industrial ovens and installations. When refractory materials are exposed to extremely high temperatures, they retain their physical shape and chemical properties. This characteristic makes these materials, which are composed of mineral elements, very suitable for the application in industrial ovens and installations.

L-incoMaX® means tailor made burner solutions in a standard range of 1-60 MW. This means they are designed to our customer’s specific requirements. Top performance in quality, reliability and very low flue gas values (for example: LOW-NOx)

Burners using lean gas or residual gas generally comprise a number of coaxial ducts or pipes arranged to supply a ring or rings of fuels centred on the axis of the burner and feeding liquids to the burner nose. These fuels are generally distributed in or around the circumference of a combustion air stream. The purpose of these elements is to achieve a sufficient fuel-air mixture to achieve localised and stabilised combustion at the burner nose.

Our standard range of direct fired burners. Typical nozzle-mix burner that uses ambient combustion air to create powerful stream of hot gases in your combustor or furnace. This burner is designed to improve temperature consistency, product quality, and overall system efficiency. The LincoJeT® burner is available in two variations; High velocity (HV) with a max. of 152 m/s and Medium Velocity with a max. of 125 m/sec.

Fuel gas/liquid skids for combustion plants : it is a modular unit complete with piping, supports, tubing, valve assemblies, filters, instrumentation, wiring on board and junction boxes. Engineering department develops detailed engineering starting from basic information and technical specifications complying with the main international standards and additional requests of customers.
