Limpsfield - Burner
The Limpsfield LC burner series offers high efficiency burners ranging from outputs of 0.9MW to 31MW (3 – 110 MBtu/hr). All Limpsfield burners provide high turndowns typically between 4:1 and 10:1. This versatile range of burners can be tailor-made to suit any on-site requirements, and fire a vast range of fuels.
Limpsfield - Burner
The Limpsfield LP burner series are characterised by a monoblock structure that means all necessary components can be combined into a single unit, making installation and set-up easier and faster, whilst maintaining highly efficient combustion.
Limpsfield - Combustion Control Panels
Limpsfield offers its users control panels to accompany our burners. These are designed and built around advanced combustion control equipment which will optimise reliability and performance of the LC burner .Working in close conjunction with the end user we produce and refine comprehensive panel designs to any required specification. Be it a Standard UL approved single burner control panel or one housing multiple variable frequency drives in a hazardous environment, we are able to meet your control panel requirements.
Limpsfield - Gas Control Panels
Limpsfield will supply gas trains to suit our customers’ requirements, whether the application requires natural gas, propane or biogas. We offer a range of gas trains, from our standard CE or UL approved version to CSD1 and NFPA 85 approved gas trains, to ensure local codes are met wherever the installation. All of our gas trains are specifically engineered to suit the combustion requirements on-site. For gas control on the burner we utilize the Autoflame Gas butterfly control valve.
Limpsfield - Oil Control Panels
Limpsfield burners have the capability of firing a range of different fuel oils. Whilst still maintaining efficient combustion throughout the firing range. We do this by using pressure atomization, or alternately using steam/ air atomization.
Limpsfield - Hydrogen Combustion Burner
Limpsfield was asked to design a Hydrogen Burner system to to fire the process hydrogen which a plant created during the manufacturing process of their products. It was important to utilise this “free” fuel whenever possible, but also be able to change to natural gas when the process hydrogen was not available.
