The modular gas distribution system is a flexible manifold designed for centralized distribution of gases, regardless of facility constraints. Each station has an integral diaphragm valve for shut-off and gas purity protection. The modular design facilitates expansion as gas requirements increase. Each system comes complete with a flexible, all stainless steel pigtail with armor casing. The CGA connection on each pigtail has a check valve in the gland to prevent contamination and minimize purging requirements.

Our Multi-Gas Point-of-Use Panels allow for multiple gases to be effectively pressure-controlled to one or multiple instruments and use points in your laboratory.

Designed for the highest standards of quality and reliability, PRESUS C supplies carbon dioxide  at a high mass flow and constant pressure in a virtually bubble-free state to a variety of industrial processes. Redundant pumps and pneumatic operation make these boosters extremely reliable. During service or maintenance windows, the CO2 is supplied from the backup unit to ensure process continuity. Operators can switch between the main and backup units automatically by means of a PLC. The PRESUS C configuration offers cost efficiency gains over ring pipe solutions and dual tank (low and high pressure) setups. Different family members support different pressure ratings, scaling up to a working pressure of 130 bar and a mass flow of up to 500 kg/hr. A special high-pressure PRESUS C unit supporting a working pressure of up to 400 bar is also available for specific applications such as gas injection molding with PLASTINUM® GIM C.

PRESUS N uses a hydraulically operated, slow-moving piston to pressurize liquid nitrogen or argon to anywhere up to 340 bar depending on application requirements. Supporting N2 flow rates from 5 – 130 m3/h, PRESUS delivers oil-free N2 in the purity grade specified and vaporized. Requiring only a small footprint compared with state-of-the-art gas compression units for the same capacity and pressure, it comes with a small gas buffer and is installed outdoors.
