Linka - Straw Heating Plant
A straw based heating plant is developed in various constructions customized to the customer`s need. Usually a straw shredder or cutter is attached, depending on boiler size, etc. You can use Linka as a supplier of the plant or as a turnkey contractor for the entire system.
Linka - District Heating Biomass Mobile Plant for Straw
Linka’s mobile plants are complete, turnkey heating plants placed in containers, customized to the plant`s size. The plant is delivered and installed by a crane on a prepared concrete foundation.
Linka - Straw Pellet Steam Plant
The difference is the design of the boiler, which is here made to produce steam. A straw plant consists of a straw cutter or the well-known Linka shredder. When shredding the bales, the straw will be moved upwards. This means that stones and other foreign objects are separated from the straw, and can later be removed from the shredder. The shredded straw is transported from the shredder through a closed pipe system, or by auger, directly to the boiler room, where it passes through a cell lock before being fed into the boiler’s combustion chamber by an auger. A conveyor, adjusted for the size of the boiler and the customer’s needs, is also installed. The steam boilers are delivered in a number of standard sizes. When calculating steam output, the boiler’s efficient output in kW is multiplied by factor 1.56 to get the boiler’s steam output in kg/h. As an example, an 800 kW boiler will produce 1,250 kg steam per hour.
