Primary Lithium Cells

For over 20 years, Lithion has been a global leader in the design and manufacturing of primary (non-rechargeable) lithium cells specifically designed to work in extreme high vibration/shock environments and temperature ratings up to 225C. Lithion specializes in lithium thionyl chloride (Li-SOCl2), lithium sulfuryl chloride (Li-SOxCL2) and lithium manganese dioxide (Li-MnO2) chemistries and produces a variety of cylindrical form factors for the energy, industrial, and military/defense markets. We maintain rigorous cell manufacturing processes and 100% QC/QA for every cell that comes off the line to ensure maximum safety, reliability, performance, and longevity of our products.

Secondary Cells

Lithium-Ion cells have many advantages including excellent power density and cycle life, low self-discharge, and low maintenance. That said, not all Lithium-ion cells are created equal so quality assurance and independent testing are key.
