Further, the system supports online access to process data across multiple platforms, enhancing functionality and user convenience with a dedicated app for remote control.

LOGICA H&S - Control System for Kiln Dryers

The dTOUCH system revolutionizes kiln drying control by integrating advanced traditional control systems with expert knowledge in wood drying. Developed in collaboration with IVALSA, Italy's National Research Council, this system is equipped with a comprehensive library of programs for over 400 wood species. dTOUCH not only manages standard drying processes but also tailors cycles to maintain or alter wood color. It uses sensor data and user input to customize drying cycles, addressing unique requirements like frozen or encrusted wood. The system's intuitive interface, featuring a touch screen and multilingual menus, simplifies the customization of drying cycles, allowing users to specify drying objectives easily. Compatible with LOGICA H&S's latest sensors and actuators, dTOUCH supports a wide range of configurations, including wireless options, for effective drying cycle management up to 100°C, enhancing both user experience and drying efficiency.
