The company is located in the core of heavy industry city, Luoyang, China Which has rich subcontract resource and the matching processing capacity. The company cooperated with the only wear-resistance material of China (Henan engineering research center of wear material) and became their production base , which is specialized in research and development. They have many high-tech talents, including 7 professors, 10 doctors, Which has the international advance level in research & design of crusher wear-resistance parts.

We have many talents of material, smelting, chemical analysis, adopt the first class production equipment, perfect test method, advanced technology and the scientific management methods. We can follow the customers requirements to produce kinds of wear-resistance & anti-friction production and the non-standard products.

In 1998, the alloyed super high-manganese hammer was presented in China market. It won the honor of “Hard stone killer” with its excellent properties and high cost performance.
In 2002, the super high-manganese materials series was developed, it is achieved that the spare parts of global famous crusher or mill equipments companies (as Germany Aubema, Krupp & Hazemag) are made of China.
In 2004, bimetal thermal-composite wear-resistance materials (China Patent No. 200810049101) was developed. We successfully combined two different features of high-hardness materials and high-ductile materials into single part to full work. This part of hardness is HRC58-62. it slove the contradiction between hardness and toughness.
In 2010, new factory was starting to construct. The Predicted output will up to 500T/D.
In 2012, we joined in Luoyang Chamber of Commerce. Our boss David Wang is the Chairman of the chamber commerce.
