MAC portable pressurizing plants are designed for emergency use during the replacement of an existing or a malfunctioning pumping plant. Equipped with full hydraulic and electrical controls that utilize dielectric fluid from an existing tank or trailer mounted units complete with 500 gallon tank capacity. MAC Forced Cooling Plants are designed to increase the carrying capacity of pipe-type cable feeders by cooling the dielectric fluid circulating through feeder cable pipelines. The cooling loop consists of the feeder, plant inlet and outlet pipelines and the forced cooling plant. The oil absorbs the feeder cable heat while it is being rapidly circulated on the feeder from a pump located inside the forced cooling plant. Heated oil returns to the cooling plant and is cooled by an oil/air heat exchanger. The cooled oil is then returned to the feeder to repeat the cycle.

From the most basic stinger requirement to the most complex, MAC has the solution. In response to safety issues related to both auxiliary and power stingers, over the years MAC has developed an Energy Delivery System (EDS), that uses current technology to promote safety, ease of operation and reliability. The MAC EDS is in operation only when the operator turns it on and determines that conditions are safe for its use.
