The Wire cutter machine is used in the prefab floor and element production. The machine is provided with a hydraulically driven XYZ unit on which a grinder blade is mounted. Standard grinder blades can be used on the machine, also the machine is provided with a powerful vacuum system which is directly connected to the grinder blade. By using this vacuum system all grinding- and concrete dust will be sucked away, filtered and collected in a hopper. The grinding disk is provided with optical sensors, in this way the machine will automatically adjust its grinding depth. If the grinding disks diameter gets too little, the machine will stop and give a message. The machine is easily operated by the use of pushbuttons and joysticks, the operator position is on the machine with a clear view on the grinding tool.
