The MGT6000 single shaft turbine with an electrical power range between 6.63 - 7.8 MWel is developed purely for power generation applications – high efficiency combined with a compact package design making it the perfect solution for CHP applications.

The MGT6000 twin-shaft gas turbine with a mechanical power range between 6.9 - 8.3 MWmech is mainly used in mechanical drive applications. This design allows for the most efficient control of flow and discharge pressure of the driven compressor - the perfect solution for up and mid-stream applications.

The THM twin-shaft gas turbine with a mechanical power range between 10.5 - 12.0 MWmech and an electrical power range between 10.0 - 11.5 MWel is suitable for both power generation and mechanical drive applications - onshore and offshore.

MAN Diesel & Turbo is designing, licensing and servicing MAN B&W 2-stroke low speed crosshead diesel engines for stationary power plants. Experience in this application has been accumulated over a period of more than 35 years. The important task for us is to maintain and update our technical database by involvement in on-going projects in order to maintain know-how regarding such application. Doing so enables us to offer special calculations, design features, etc. to end-users, consultants and licensees.

Diesel power plants operating on fossil or renewable liquid fuels are an ideal solution where electrical power is required rapidly and economically, especially in areas which are geographically remote, lacking an energy distribution infrastructure or simply need fast-track electrical power to support a developing economy. Traditionally more economical than distillate fuels, residual or “heavy” fuel oils are a popular choice for large diesel engines providing baseload electrical power to utilities, industrial and municipal cogeneration plants or independent power producers. Without need of a fixed supply infrastructures, HFO-burning power stations and cogeneration plants offer security - and quality - of supply, even in the remotest regions.

This compact engine delivers ultimate performance and top efficiency with low emissions – and is also available with two-stage turbocharging.

With best-in-class power output and low emissions, the MAN 51/60G is setting new standards for gas engines. It is also available with two-stage turbocharging for superior performance.

Based on the MAN 28/32H workhorse, the MAN 28/32S DF can switch effortlessly from diesel fuel to gas and vice versa.
