MR ECOSENSE - Proven DGA Sensor
ECOSENSE® ACTIVE PART is based on our well established MSENSE® DGA sensor family, the products of which have been delivered thousands of times. By consistently focusing on standard product variants and investing in new production technologies, we are able to offer proven functionality and high quality standards at the best price-performance ratio in the market. We have the most advanced and possibly the only truly industrialized transformer sensor production lines in the world. ECOSENSE® ACTIVE PART sensors are shipped with all components ready for installation. The commissioning is simple and does not require any modifications of the equipment or special qualifications. You only need a power supply.
MR MSENSE - Online-DGA-Monitoring of Power Transformers
Winding problems cause 45% of all transformer failures. The online oil analyzers of the MSENSE® DGA series ensure a measurably longer service life for your transformer. They continuously check for fault gases and moisture in the insulation medium, as well as a wide range of additional gases – depending on the device type. The MSENSE® DGA devices send you a timely warning in the event of electrical and thermal problems. The DGA 2/3 is the perfect early warning system for many transformers, the DGA 5/9 offers intensive monitoring for strategically important transformers with detailed fault classification.
MR MSENSE - Online Monitoring System for High-Voltage Bushings
According to CIGRÉ, defective bushings are responsible for 17% of all transformer failures and about 50% of all transformer fires. Online monitoring by MSENSE® BM & ETOS® protects against transformer failures without unnecessary false alarms. Continuously, the system monitors the condition of the bushings. Using the patented MR-2/3 reference algorithm in combination with the reference voltage method, the system triggers a warning or an alarm based on the changes in capacitance and additionally the dissipation factor (tan δ) when the limit value is exceeded.
