MODEL 400 LIQUID MICROTURBINE

The Model 400 Liquid FLO-CONTROLLER provides low cost liquid flow control. Operating with liquids in the same way MFCs work with gases, an integrated flow sensor and proportional control valve provide a complete package. The heart of the FLO-CONTROLLER is the flow sensor, which provides flow rate feedback for accurate control. A Model 101 microturbine FLO-SENSOR is used for this purpose. The output of the flow sensor is sent to additional processing electronics, which compare the set point (provided remotely by the user) to the actual flow rate and adjust the valve accordingly. A error signal is generated if the FLO-CONTROLLER is unable to control.
