Mechmine provides the Cloud-based machine monitoring service mmViewer for bearings and gears. Standard data acquisition hardware for vibration analysis is less attractive for monitoring smaller power classes, e.g. machines below 350 kW. The mmBasebox is suited for monitoring such machines economically. The data is transferred into the Mechmine Cloud for further processing and analysis, and customers benefit from the power of Mechmine’s mmViewer, its advanced Condition Monitoring and Predictive Maintenance tool. The mmBasebox can send data by means of a 4G/5G LTE wireless NB-IoT or PoE (Power over Ethernet) to the MQTT server (Broker) inside the Mechmine Cloud. The unit is also availabe in IP67 rating and/or with metal casing. Customers access the data and analysis results simply in a Browser with any device.
