Membrane Systems - Biogas Domes
Membrane Systems Europe BV offers biogas domes from 40 – 12.500 m3 at varying pressures, up to 50 mBar. Every biogas dome is designed to the same exacting engineering standards and is considered by others to be the safest and most operator friendly flexible membrane biogasdome possible. All the biogas domes include an inner gas containing membrane, which is tested before it leaves the factory. All biogas domes come with CE-certification and are 100% high-frequently welded.Biogas Domes
MSE - Chemical Anchor Rod
A stainless steel (SS316) chemical anchor rod with M12 thread. The length of the thread is 160 mm. The thread is, other than with other anchor rods, from top to bottom. Which makes it possible to use the rod in any length that you would like. These anchors rods are used for securing our roofs to concrete tanks/slabs.
MSE - Sight Glass
A sight glass for the outer membrane can be mounted directly to the outer membrane of a double membrane cover or a biogas dome. This sight glass has a diameter of 500 mm. This is a basic sight glass, upon request there are other types available! For example with wipers or water supply for cleaning the glass.
MSE Sikaflex - Multifunctional Sealant
Sikaflex is a multifunctional sealant used especially, but not only, in the biogas industry. Sikaflex is used to seal the space between 2 surfaces; for example a flange connection of stainless steel to a concrete wall. We also use it to close leakages at the clamping profile that are too big for our gas tight foam.
MSE SikaFlex - Gun Tool
This gun/tool is used to apply Sikaflex to the surface where it is needed. The toold enables precision application with its manually controlled mechanism. A plastic nozzle is used to spray the Sikaflex from the gun. The plastic nozzles are part of the supply for the Sikaflex, not of the tool!
MSE - Gas-tight Tape
An EPDM gas-tight tape is suitable for gas-tightening 2 objects that are mounted against each other. The first layer of as-tight tape is used on top of the concrete tank. A second layer is put on top of the under clamping profiles. This creates a gas-tight connection for putting on the membranes.

MSE - Over Under Pressure Valve
The biogas that is being produced inside your tank, has a certain pressure, measured in mBar. In standard situations, we take a pressure into account between -1,0 and +5,0 mBar. Our pressure valves make sure that the gas pressure inside your tank does not exceed the maximum pressure limit.
MSE - Stainless Steel Ratchet
A beautifully finished stainless steel ratchet for 25 mm straps. This tensioning ratchet is made of stainless steel 304 stainless steel. The ratchet for tensioning straps is used on 2-piece and endless straps with a tensile strength of 800 daN. Including 3,75 meter strap.
MSE - Volant Pipe
The volant pipe is used to tension the single membrane. This is made in the same curvature as the tank and, by means of coupling pieces, finally one connection to evenly tension the roof with the help of the ratchets. Available in galvanized steel also in stainless steel.
