The Cascade e-Ion technology is a Stable Thermal Cascade Plasma Generator.   Also called the CleanElectricFlame®.  The break through process produces a high watt density atmospheric pressure-level plasma plume, capable of rapidly cleaning, deburring, depositing, growing, hardening, joining, reacting of gaseous to metallic materials and many more applications like rapid brazing, rapid heat treatment, and ultra-low cost of total energy degradation.

MHI Fiber Heaters may be used in both horizontal and vertical orientations with the stand shown below.  The Fiber Heaters are particularly useful for optical fiber processing, especially fiber coupler fabrication or coning.

MHI`s Robust Radiators are versatile, high temperature heating components that are capable of reaching temperatures of up to 1700°C. Unlike a high temperature furnace, Robust Radiators are more commonly used as components of a larger system. Because of their profile, Robust Radiator™ uses include zone heating, crucible heating, pipe heating or other applications requiring high temperatures and high versatility. Robust Radiators are available with optional end caps to achieve higher chamber temperatures. Robust Radiators may be used in vertical or horizontal orientations, allowing for a diverse array of applications. An optional stainless steel shell adds highly accessible terminal connectors to the already robust design.
