The MIC100 is a microprocessor controlled ignition controller based on the capacitor discharge principle and was developed as a cost-effective solution specifically for use on small natural gas powered engines with up to 8 cylinders.

Based on the MIC3+ series, MOTORTECH produces special controllers as a replacement for the CATERPILLAR  Digital Ignition System used on G3300 and G3400 series gas engines. Designed as an exchange device, the MIC3+CATDI enables a quick conversion without great effort. With its future oriented electronical concept, the MIC3+CATDI convinces with improved engine starting performance, smooth running and improved combustion.

For linking flange, integral or externally mounted ignition coils to its AlphaRail ignition wiring rails, MOTORTECH offers a special series of primary leads. Several different configurations are available to offer an individual solution for any application.

MOTORTECH’s PolyMot spark plug lead was globally patented in 1996. Since then more than one million leads were manufactured to this design. These spark plug leads are unique and offer several advantages when being compared to the OEM or aftermarket competition.
