Munters - Coalescer Candles

Munters DCM type Coalescer candles are designed to eliminate finest solids and liquid particles from wet gas flows. The candles have an integrated prefilter considerably increasing the cartridges lifetime. Munters DCM Coalescer candles are particularly effective at removing the finest droplets and solid dust particles entrained in gas flows. Typically  they provide a removal efficiency of 99.9 % of 1 micron particles.

Munters Thermo-T - Welded Tubular Heat Exchanger

The Thermo-T tubular heat-exchanger is designed to recover heat from energy-consuming processes up to 2000°F. Energy can be recovered and returned as process make-up air, used to preheat combustion air, or used for plant or office heating. Thermo-T offers fully adjustable tube-size and tube-spacing as well as both single-pass and multi-pass models.

Munters Thermo-Z - Welded Plate Heat Exchanger

The Thermo-Z plate style heat exchanger is designed to recover heat from energy consuming processes up to 1500°F. Energy can be recovered and returned as process make-up air, used to preheat combustion air, or used for plant or office heating. Thermo-Z offers fully adjustable plate thickness and spacing as well as multiple flow patterns.  The heat exchanger is designed for industrial environments. High quality materials and construction provide superior performance in high-temperature or corrosive environments. The heat-transfer plates are completely seam-welded to ensure against cross-contamination. Plate spacing is achieved via raised and depressed, truncated, conical dimples that provide uniform plate pitch. The inner casing is constructed of the same material as the heat-transfer matrix and is welded to the matrix at certain peripheral locations to assure an air-tight seal.

Adding Z-Duct allows for the introduction of more outdoor ventilation air without overloading the HVAC system. Z-Duct plate heat exchangers offer multiple flow configurations, have extremely low-leakage and high energy-transfer. Pressure drop is minimized and heat-transfer maximized by dimples in the plates which separate the plates. The continuous fold construction of Z-Duct reduces or eliminates sealing between plates, which means less potential for leakage between air streams.

Heaters

Munters - Hanging Air Heater - Heating Power 97 kW

The GA Air Heaters are designed for cost effective heating solutions in a wide variety of applications, including greenhouses, poultry houses and other livestock structures. All models function on the principle of direct fired gas heating. Hereby a powerful fan is used to force air through a combustion chamber where the burner is situated. As the air passes through the burner, all the heat released by the combustion process is transferred to the air stream. This gives the heater a 100% thermal efficiency. The heat output of the heater can be varied by the manual adjustment of a regulating valve. The available models are GA15, GA30, GA55, GA95 and GA95t.
