MUT Advanced Heating GmbH products
Industrial Furnaces - Vacuum Furnaces
MUT - Integrated Sintering and Debinding Furnaces
In our integrated sintering and debinding furnaces, which combine the advantages of hot-wall and cold-wall furnaces, you can perform both processes in one single system in one continuous operation. This shortens of the process times considerably, decreases the cost of energy and permits entirely new ways of process management. The furnace atmosphere as well as the furnace temperature can be adjusted to the necessary needs.
MUT - Graphite Furnaces
We have developed a wide range of graphite furnaces on the basis of our well-proven double-walled and water-cooled vacuum vessels. Our innovative insulation system minimizes the maintenance and energy costs. The usage of rapid cooling units enables short hot/cold cycles within short process time frames, up to a temperature of 2500°C.
MUT - Molybdenum / Tungsten Furnaces
Our molybdenum furnaces for industrial applications can be operated under high vacuum, protective and process gas up to 1700 ° C (tungsten up to 2400 ° C). Due to the extreme hermeticity of the furnace the best possible furnace atmosphere can be obtained. Various installation sizes and types allow for the individual adaptation to your needs. Single-zone or multiple-zones heating with homogeneous temperature distribution are standard configurations.
Laboratory Furnaces
MUT - CAF- and Laboratory Furnaces
Our proven and constantly evolving laboratory furnace system CAF (Changeable Atmosphere Furnace) distinguishes itself as a classic cold-wall furnace system through a special modular design. With a basic system, different heating system inserts can be integrated. A particularly extensive range of accessories also enables a high level of customization and a large process bandwidth. If small workrooms meet your requirements for professional production, our CAF systems can also be aligned to industrial requirements.
MUT - Retort Furnaces
Retort furnaces are ideal hot-wall ovens and universally applicable heat treatment systems. We have developed these systems based on our tube furnaces for years and offer a wide range of applications from debinding, soldering, etc. up to high vacuum applications. The systems are available in horizontal as well as in vertical versions. Depending on the application temperature, different retort materials are used: iron-based alloys in the range up to approx. 1,000 ° C, nickel-based alloys up to approx. 1,250 ° C. For all versions we offer a comprehensive range of accessories.
