The high-performance flat collector SAPHIRLINE is part of a new generation of collectors. A full-surface aluminium-copper absorber with blue highly selective vacuum coating gives the collector ist special design. A newly developed frame section alows 3% grater aperture are with the same external dimensions. Thanks to the height of 72,7mm, the “chessboard design Absorber” and the shatterproof glass a delicate elegance has been achieved with high visual appeal.

NAU Flatline collectors are distinguished through a 20% reduction in weight compared with predecessors with an increase in performance at the same time. Due to its frame construction formed from aluminium, with stiffening in the corner areas, the collectors are suitable for all installation purposes. An all-round rubber profile and a hail-stone tested solar safety glass pane ensure the tightness of the collector over the entire service life. The 50 mm back wall insulation and an additional 20 mm edge insulation guarantee high yields even in the cooler seasons. Not only the highly selective, blue absorber coating with an absorber percentage of approx. 95% contributes towards this, but also the maximum transparency solar glass, that is provided with an anti-reflection coating on the BE ULTRA plus.

High-vacuum tube collector NAU TUBELINE CPC Ultra. The CPC Ultra is an innovative high-vacuum tube collector that is particularly efficient: Optimal energy utilization through highly selective coating. Insulation of the absorber in a high vacuum, and constant high efficiency as a result. Optimal utilization of the incident solar energy through chrome-plated reflector mirror. Tubes made from special glass are in use throughout the world in solar technology under the hardest of conditions. The sunlight falling on the entire surface of the collector tube is deflected onto the absorber tube by a parabolic, chrome-plated mirror. The highly-reflective, weather-resistant CPC mirror (Compound Parabolic Concentrator) significantly increases the energy conversion. The special mirror geometry ensures, that sunlight falling directly, diffused and inclined is deflected onto the absorber and can therefore also be used.
