Powders - Electrolyte Powders - Gadolinium Doped Ceria
fuelcellmaterials - Gadolinium Doped Ceria 10% Gd – Mid Grade Powder
This 10% gadolinium doped ceria powder has a high surface area, between our TC grade and nanoscale powders. This “M” grade powder is great for ink fabrication, tape casting, and pellet processing. The higher surface area of this ceria powder provides a greater catalytic activity when using this powder in any of these processes.
fuelcellmaterials - Gadolinium Doped Ceria 20% Gd – Mid Grade Powder
This 20% gadolinium doped ceria powder has a high surface area, between our TC grade and nanoscale powders. This “M” grade powder is great for ink fabrication, tape casting, and pellet processing. The higher surface area, and higher dopant concentration of this ceria powder provides a greater catalytic activity when using this powder in any of these processes.
fuelcellmaterials - Gadolinium Doped Ceria 10% Gd – Tape Cast Grade Powder
This 10% gadolinium doped ceria powder is one of our most popular, and has the lowest surface area specification of our GDC10 powders. It is well suited for use in tape casting, ink manufacturing, pellet pressing and other non-aqueous manufacturing processes. You can further process this powder to meet your specific needs, or ask us to do it for you. We provide services to fabricate custom powders to meet your target specifications.
Inks - Anode Inks
fuelcellmaterials - NiO-YSZ Anode Ink
This composite anode ink offers good adhesion to the dense electrolyte surface which can enhance your overall cell performance. This ink is made using our quality ink manufacturing processes that provide a screen printable ink for easy incorporation into your own cell manufacturing process.
fuelcellmaterials - Nickel Metal Anode Ink
Our nickel ink is an excellent contact paste for SOFC testing, and is especially good for enhancing the electrical contact on the anode side of a cell during fuel cell testing. The nickel ink can also be used as a reference electrode, but any electrical testing with the nickel paste will require that the sample be under a reducing gas to maintain good electrical conductivity.
