Rinheat has supplied more than 80 heat transfer units for TMP and CTMP plants all over the world. Rinheat TMP heat recovery system is designed to recover the heat from the dirty steam generated in thermo-mechanical pulping. The construction is all stainless steel and there is a built-in droplet separator. The basis of Rinheat products is their own design and technology. Rinheat has several patents connected to evaporators, and heat exchangers.

Rinheat has developed and built a new type of recovery boiler for BCTMP liquor. The name Alrec® stands for alkali recovery. The first Alrec® recovery boiler has been in operation at M-real BCTMP mill in Kaskinen Finland since spring 2009. The design capacity is 60 tDS/d.
