Monitoring Service

NORTH-TEC wants to ensure that your plant runs at its optimum. We therefore record and evaluate all relevant production data in our database system, which has been designed to provide you with meaningful diagrams that show at a glance how your plant is performing. You also have the option to compare your performance data with historic data and other projects. Do you wish to analyse the data in detail? Our monitoring options provide you with a wealth of data and information regarding biological parameters and the quality of the gas produced by your plant.

Biogas Hotline Services

Our phone lines are sometimes very busy, which should not come as a surprise, as we take our time to listen to our customers and their concerns. By dialling our biogas hotline, you are put straight through to our biogas experts. If you are encountering problems, they will assist you with advice over the phone. If required, they will, of course, visit your plant as soon as possible to evaluate the situation on site.

Alarm Solution

As a plant operator, you do not want to spend all your time on site! By opting for an alarm solution from NORTH-TEC, you will be notified instantly if there are any problems so that you can respond without delay. The alarms are sent as text messages to your mobile phone through the eWON modem. As you decide in advance which messages you want to receive, your mobile alarm system is configured to suit your requirements.
