This equipment laminates photovoltaic modules. While heating the layers of cells aligned on the hardened glass, encapsulants, and a protection film, it encapsulate the modules by pressing. One of critical functions in this equipment is NPC"s original supporting device which has become a world standard. Our vacuum laminator also has superiority that its heater platen in the vacuum chamber has achieved a highly uniform temperature distribution even under in a vacuum condition by completely closing the heater elements in the platen and by finely controlling the temperature of the platen.
