Having delivered over 30,000 systems nationwide, Nu-Heat is well placed to offer energy efficient heating and hot water systems to trade, commercial and self build customers. Nu-Heat provides a ‘one stop shop’ guaranteeing that all products and parts supplied are compatible, with one point of contact and no conflicting information.

After twenty years of supplying underfloor heating and over six years of working with renewable products, our design skills for system integration are well honed; and, with homeowners becoming more interested in having a truly energy efficient or ‘green’ heating system, Nu-Heat’s expertise with integration is a valuable resource.

Expertise in our products is a pre-requisite for all staff and especially our technical support teams. A designated Account Manager is available to discuss existing projects and give advice on future ones, and customers receive free technical support from an experienced team of engineers whether that is during, or post installation. Additionally, to make call-outs less likely, we supply high quality user guides for the end-user.

In 2002 the company gained the coveted Investor in People award, an important aspect of which is the emphasis placed on recruiting, training, and encouraging people to develop their abilities.

Nu-Heat takes full design responsibility for the underfloor heating system. We do the complicated and time consuming calculations to ensure excellent system design and supply a complete set of components. This means we can be confident that all parts are compatible and our customers can be reassured that the system and design are guaranteed by one company.
