At Nurmi, we believe that wave power is one of the most important new technologies in the renewable energy sector. As this technology is relatively new and commercialisation is just beginning, substantial R&D outlay is still required. Nurmi has taken up the challenge and is testing various wave power applications together with Aalto University in Helsinki, Finland.
