The new maintenance-free optibelt SUPER XE-POWER PRO M=S is one of the best performing drive belts on the market. The innovative design of the optibelt SUPER XE-POWER PRO M=S opens up new scope in designing frictional power transmission drives, even on the smallest pulley diameters, in extreme temperature ranges and at the highest speeds.

The optibelt OMEGA High Power high-performance timing belt was especially developed to meet the most demanding requirements. Dynamic tests with optibelt OMEGA High Power show an increase in performance of up to 150 % compared to the optibelt OMEGA. The use of new materials allows the life span to be extended even further compared to the optibelt OMEGA HP, depending on the type of application. The optimised tooth shape with indented tip significantly reduces noise levels.

The optibelt DELTA Chain is a new high performance timing belt that sets standards in the market. Up to 100% higher power transmission is possible compared to high performance rubber timing belts. The overall width of the drive can therefore be considerably reduced. The particular focus is placed here on drives with very high torques. The optibelt DELTA Chain was designed for high torques and delivers high performance even in extreme use and with high loads. With its carbon cord, it is the ideal alternative to drives with roller chains. The innovative combination of materials with an extremely resistant polyurethane compound, an abrasion-resistant and specially treated polyamide fabric, as well as the carbon fibre cord, make the optibelt DELTA Chain resistant to a wide range of chemicals, oils and fluids.

The ribbed belt combines the high flexibility of the flat belt with the high performance of the V-belt. The V-shaped parallel ribs are made from a wear-resistant rubber compound. The high strength tension cord is designed for the many applications of the ribbed belt. It is embedded in a rubber adhesive mixture and covers the entire width of the ribbed belt. Fibre reinforced, wear resistant rubber compounds ensure quiet operation, oil and heat resistance and a long belt life. The small minimum pulley diameters are suitable for drives with high speed ratios as well as slow running drives. Ribbed belts are well suited for the use of back bend idlers, such as in serpentine drives.
