The PEMA Skymaster PRO welding positioners are designed specifically for managing extra-heavy workpieces with precision and efficiency. The positioner's functions such as height, tilt, and rotation speed are fully adjustable and programmable, which allows for optimized movement, increases in capacity, and simulations that enhance safety. This flexibility enables users to significantly increase welding productivity compared to traditional positioners. The Skymaster PRO supports mobile, tablet, and laptop access via WiFi, providing control and programming capabilities through a web browser. This includes a comprehensive library for stored work cycles and handling positions, detailed machine diagnostics, and maintenance logs, contributing to efficient product maintenance and enhanced ergonomics. With a maximum load of 15,000 N and adjustable height ranging from 780 to 1,550 mm, this device serves as a robust solution for enhancing productivity in welding processes.

PEMA - Medium-Duty Column & Boom Solution
PEMA MD is a medium-duty column and boom series for welding hard automation purposes. A stable construction with rack-bar drive and linear rail movements, PEMA MD provides a smooth operation resulting in excellent welding quality. PEMA MD is a versatile and cost-effective solution, especially for single wire and twin SAW welding, but suits well also for MIG/MAG and TIG welding processes. The MD series is also available with an integrated control system WeldControl 100, which combines welding parameter control, welding data storage, remote control, and other advanced welding functions into the column & boom control interface.

PEMA A series of self-aligning rollerbeds are ideal for handling unbalanced, thin-walled and/or heavy cylindrical work-pieces. The A series rollerbeds provide even weight distribution, constant rotation speeds and adaptability to a wide range of work-piece diameters without need for separate adjustment. Loading capacities range between 12 and 800 tons.
