Available in stainless steel or brass body construction. Each radiant heat manifold package (set) has (1) supply manifold with flow meters, (1) return manifold with balancing valves, plus automatic air vent, fill/drain valves on each manifold, shut-off ball valves, supply and return temperature gauges, PEX adapters and mounting brackets. All units are pre-assembled and pressure tested. Manifold`s outlets are at 2" OC (On Center). Maximum flow per branch is 1.4 GPM (Gallons Per Minute). Max. operating temperature is 158°F.

2ft long Heat Transfer Plates are manufactured from stamped aluminum and are 5` wide. Nominal thickness of these plates is 0.019`. Compatible with 1/2` PEX tubing (5/8` OD). Can be used for subfloor or sandwich type radiant heating installations to improve heat transfer properties of the system and lower the water supply temperature, thus reducing the heating bills. Recommended spacing for parallel tubing runs is 8` OC. Edges of the plates should not touch each other or intersect.

Model PXT3011 PEX Clamp Tool is used together with Stainless Steel PEX Clamps (Cinch Clamps) and crimp style PEX Fittings. Can be used with all (5) sizes of PEX Stainless Steel Cinch Clamps: 3/8`, 1/2`, 3/4`, 5/8` and 1`. One-hand ratchet design allows to operate the tool with one hand only, thus reducing labor and saving the installation time.

Everhot foamboard staples for use with 1" thick foamboard insulation and tarp insulation. Sold in qty`s of 300 staples per box (10 magazines/strips x 30 staples each). Use only with Everhot Foamboard Stapler Tool (PXTFBS). Works for 3/8" and 1/2" PEX and PEX-AL-PEX tubing. Individual staple height (top to bottom): 1-5/8".

Peter Mangone Reddi-Strip Foamboard Stapler is used to secure PEX tubing to extruded polystyrene, polyurethane or styrofoam foamboard insulation in concrete slab radiant heating installations. Reddi-Strip foamboard stapler speeds up installation time and reduces installation costs. The concept of using a stand-up stapler to attach tubing is not a new one. But the Reddi-Strip system is superior to other application methods since it utilizes flexible strips of PEX staples that are manufactured in unitized strips of 50, rather than separately or taped together. The tool is easy to load and easy to use. Just load several strips of Reddi-Strip PEX staples, position the tool over the PEX tubing and press the tool handle.

Economy style PEX cutter for PEX tubing sizes up to 1`. Features a locking clip. Lightweight, tough and easy to use. As of right now, available in BLUE color only.

This model PEX Cutter Tool features a convenient and labor saving ratchet mechanism, that allows to cut larger diameters of tubing with less effort. Can be used for PEX tubing sizes up to 1-1/4` (1-1/2` OD). Features a sharp, arrow-shaped blade that firmly grips the pipe and allows for more precise tubing cuts.

Peter Mangone RB-5 Manual Clip Gun is designed for installation of PEX tubing in plumbing and radiant heating applications. PEX Clip Gun is particularly useful for staple-up projects, when installing PEX between the joists and securing it to the wooden/plywood subfloor. RB-5 PEX Clip Gun works in a similar manner to a paper stapler, but uses plastic PEX clips with nails instead of metal staples. Peter Mangone RB-5 gun does not need a power supply and can be used anywhere at any time. Simply load a strip of PEX clips into the tool, position it over the pipe and shoot the clips. RB-5 tool is compatible both with Stand-off and Flush Mount PEX Clips. The tool can hold up to 20 clips max. Belt clip and user`s manual included.

Amtrol`s Extrol expansion tanks are diaphragm type, and are commonly used for closed loop hydronic heating and radiant heating applications, such as baseboard/radiator heating, radiant floor heating and many others. Extrol #30 and Extrol #15 are the most typical models for residential installations. Extrol expansion tanks are available in in-line (#15, #30, #60 & #90) and floor mounted (SX-30V, SX-40V & SX-60V) models. All Extrol models are factory pre-charged at 12 psi.
