FAV Systems. has developed the FAV-WG-TDU. This unit is a vertically fired, no visible flame, ceramic lined combustion chamber with a multi-tipped burner arrangement. This unique burner design and configuration produces an efficient and very quiet burning combustion flame. We can achieve these features by utilizing a ceramic coated burner, velocity breaker and combustion zone stabilizer combined with precisely sized air intake throats to supply the right ratio of combustion air to each individual burner. These systems also have a very good turn down ratio for fluctuating flow conditions.

The FAV Systems. End of Line Detonation and Standard Flame Arrestors group can be arranged in many different configurations.
We can configure these units using USCG accepted Detonation Flame arrestors, CSA witnessed Detonation Flame arrestors, Deflagration Flame arrestors or high grade flame arrestors. Shown here are a few of the different configurations from which to choose.

The Hot Line is another innovation in our growing line of freeze-protection products. This unique system encases load lines with R7-value insulated panels and then floods the compartment with heat from an 8,000 BTU catalytic heater. The unit is fueled by either propane or tied into available natural gas. The system requires no power and can be easily started with any 12V truck battery.
