The boiler room is built into the transport ISO 20 `container (5900×2400×2600 mm). It can be equipped with 1 - 4 units of automatic pellet boilers KP 50/51/62, on request also other types of KP. This solution includes a hydraulic system that allows connection of boilers to the heating system in one defined place. Also includes system of measurement and regulation of boiler room. On request it can be equipped with a communication module for remote control. Can be equipped with separate hydraulic ouputs for multiple heating circuits with independent measurements of taken heat. Boiler room can also be equipped with a solar system with, buffer vessel and DHW tank.

Hot-air unit PONAST is a compact functional solution for the production of heat from wood pellets. The unit contains a KP boiler, bin (400 liters) for pellets, fuel feeder, GSM unit for remote status reporting. There is the hot-air unit mounted on swivel bracket, hydraulic system and three component chimney - 2m. The unit is available in two power versions and is ideal for heating large areas with hot air.

The boiler room is built into the container (1500×1350×1700 mm). It can be equipped with 1 automatic boiler KP 11.1, KP 11 or KP 21.

The newly developed generation of automatic boilers is specifically designed for comfortable, economical and ecological heating of the objects and houses with boilers, which burns wood pellets and a wide range of alternative fuels. The boiler includes a new type of burner plate and automatic cleaning of the exchanger during the operation. The boiler is equiped  with automatic deashing.

Boilers consist of boiler body – a steel weldment with wall thickness of 3 – 6,3 mm; linear burner made from heat-resistant stainless steel, ceramic parts, boiler jacketing with thermal insulation, electronic control unit and fuel feeders. The boiler also includes components to ensure safe operation. Automatic control of operation provides control unit RKP or IGNEO often together with room sensors or thermostats. The boiler output can be set in the range 30 – 100% of rated output and in this entire range the boiler achieves the same efficiency and emission limits. The boiler must have operating fuel tank, which can be placed freely around the boiler. All of Ponast boilers are made in Czech Republic.

Except the basic functions the boiler is equipped with an automatic ignition and a semi-automatic heat exchanger cleaning. Also it is designed for installation in family houses, where its operation is controlled by a room sensor. The boiler can be  equipped with GSM system for remote monitoring and control and by module which allowes ethernet connection.

Boiler KP 21 with possible operation of continuous output from 8,6 kW to 29 kW. Except the basic functions the boiler is equipped with an automatic ignition and a semi-automatic heat exchanger cleaning. It is designed for installation in family houses, residential buildings, industrial and agricultural buildings. Semi-automatic operation is provided by automatic dosing of fuel and combustion air in combination with manual exchanger cleaning and ash removal. The boilers can be installed in cascade to achieve the required overall performance. It can be fitted with equitherm regulation and GSM system for remote monitoring and control and modul for ethernet connection.

Our newcomfort series represents a completely new generation of automatic boilers. Its design is based on a series Standard, but contains a number of improvements. The major ones included, for example: New modern control unit with an intuitive control (touchscreen). Control of up to 5 heating circuits, sanitary water, accumulation tank and solar system. New design, improved insulating properties, high combustion efficiency - fuel savings. Boiler KP 12S with possible operation of continuous output from 5,8 kW do 29 kW. Fullyautomatic boiler KP 12S is equipped with automatic heat exchanger cleaning and ash removal. Its operation can be controlled equithermally on the basis of outdoor temperature.
