Power Flame`s NP2 Burner is our Ultra Low NOx solution with field proven Sub 9 to Sub 20 PPM NOx emission levels on a wide range of commercial, industrial and process applications.  It utilizes premixed surface stabilized combustion all metal firing head for natural and L.P. gas. The burner relies on a patented, fully premixed surface stabilized combustion technology to minimize NOx emissions and assure complete combustion with minimal CO emissions. The NP2 achieves these performance levels without the use flue gas re-circulation. The NP2 is offered for firing rates between 700 and 6,100 MBTU/HR. The NP2 incorporates on ratio gas control valve and variable frequency drive combustion air fan as standard and is designed to meet today`s most stringent emission requirements. Power Flame provides a U.L. Listed, factory tested package tailored to your job specific requirements. The NP2 is suitable for use on all types of boiler and other heat exchanger applications. 

NOVA Premix is a full premix burner for Sub. 30 PPM NOx applications without flue gas recirculation, for use with natural or L.P. gas. Proven NOx control for small to medium commercial/industrial applications. The NOVA Premix Gas Burner employs a fully premixed, high swirl stabilized combustion technology to provide proven low NOx solutions - Sub 30 PPM - without the use FGR for commercial, industrial and process applications. Sub 20 PPM operation, at slightly higher excess levels, can be achieved on many applications. Premixing fuel and air assure complete combustion with minimal levels of CO and unburned hydrocarbons. The unique stainless steel high swirl diffuser guarantees reliable and consistent performance at the operating conditions necessary to provide low NOx emissions.

Power Flame`s NOVA Plus Burner Type NVC is our Ultra Low NOx solution with field proven Sub 9 or lower NOx emissions. Utilizing premixed surface stabilized combustion all metal firing head for natural and L.P. gas. Power Flame`s NOVA PLUS Ultra Low NOx gas burner achieves Sub 9 to12 PPM NOx emission levels on a wide range of commercial, industrial and process applications. The burner relies on a patented, fully premixed surface stabilized combustion technology to minimize NOx emissions and assure complete combustion with minimal CO emissions. The Nova Plus achieves these performance levels without the use flue gas re-circulation. The Nova Plus is offered for firing rates between 2,000 and 63,000 MBTU/HR. The NOVA Plus is a field proven system (with over 100 operating installations) designed to meet today`s most stringent emission requirements. Power Flame provides a U.L. Listed, factory tested package tailored to your job specific requirements. 

Type AC is an air atomized burner designed to fire #2 or similar distillate fuels with higher turn downs compared to pressure atomized burners. Combination fuel burners that will fire a wide range of gaseous fuels are also available. Power Flame Incorporated has introduced the Type AC Air Atomized #2 Fuel Oil and combination Gas / #2 Fuel Oil burners. The Type AC burners are catalog rated from 23.5 GPH to 136.4 GPH on light oil and from 3285 MBH to 19,100 MBH on gaseous fuels. The burners are capable of an 8:1 turndown ratio on oil and a 10:1 turndown ratio on gas. This latest addition to a full range of burner products expands the company`s offerings for commercial, industrial and process applications. The Type AC burners are U.L. Listed, provide state-of-the-art design for maximum combustion efficiency and operating dependability. These packaged combustion systems will fire #2 fuel oil or similar distillate liquid fuels, as well as all types of gaseous fuels. 

Type C Burners are designed to fire a wide range of gaseous, as well as #2 or similar distillate fuels. Packaged Liquid Waste Fuel Burning systems, employing the basic design principles of the Type C dual fuel burner are also available. The Power Flame Model CGO dual fuel burner presents an optimum state-of-the-art design for maximum combustion efficiency and operating dependability, These packaged combustion systems will fire all types of gaseous fuels, as well as #2 or similar distillate liquid fuels. The flame retention firing head incorporates a single nozzle pressure atomizing assembly for liquid fuels and a nozzle mix multiport combustor for gaseous fuels. The unique air sandwich design of the firing head produces full range stable performance in both positive and negative combustion chambers. Operating system adjustments have been minimized to provide trouble-free start up and operating performance.
