PSS Solar Home Lighting System is an environment friendly and cost effective solution for rural home lighting requirements. A typical home lighting system consists of 2 or 4 numbers of 9W energy efficient Compact Fluorescent Lights, Solar Photovoltaic module, Battery and a Charge Controller. The Solar module charges the battery during daytime and the energy thus stored in the battery is used for powering the lights when required. The CFL luminary cabinet has a built-in high efficiency electronic inverter to reduce energy losses and provide extended lighting time. The home lighting system has efficient electronics which controls the overcharge and over-discharge of the battery and helps in increasing the life of battery.

Premier - Solar Photovoltaic Street Lighting Systems
Solar Photovoltaic Street Light is a standalone Solar Photovoltaic System, having an energy efficient 11W / 18W Compact Fluorescent light providing illumination equivalent to 75W / 100W incandescent light bulb. The stand alone street light is equipped with a high efficiency electronic inverter to reduce energy losses and provide more lighting time. The system does not require any external power supply. The Solar Light is safe for public use as it employs low (12V DC) Voltage power. The street light has an Auto On/Off Dusk to Dawn facility.

Premier - Power Packs
During day time, Solar PV Array generates DC power and the energy produced is stored in the battery bank. Battery Charging is done through a Charge Controller to effectively maximize charging current and to prevent excessive discharge/over charge. Energy stored in the battery is drawn by the electrical loads through the inverter, which converts the DC Power into AC. The Power Conditioning Unit (PCU) continuously monitors the state of Battery Voltage, Solar Power Output and the load. Due to sustained usage of power, when the Battery Voltage falls below a preset level, the PCU will automatically cut off the battery bank from the loads and will activate the power from AC Mains. System can be designed as per requirement.
