PSB - Carbon Dioxide Dryer
Carbon Dioxide (CO2) Gas, a greenhouse gas, is a byproduct of H2 production plants, petroleum refining processes, flue gas emissions from power generation, and other sources.Carbon capture and storage (CCS)is a means of capturing and removing CO2 from large sources and storing it away from the atmosphere by sequestration or using it for enhanced oil recovery. Why dry CO2? Removing moisture from the CO2 stream prevents corrosion of carbon steel pipelines.Typical inlet conditions of CO2 at the dryer inlet are 200-800 psig, 80-110 °F, 80-300 MMSCFD. PSB`s Carbon Dioxide Dryer Skid typically achieves a -40 °F dew point through Temperature Swing Adsorption (TSA).Contact PSB with your specific operating conditions.

PSB - Model NG - SR - Single Vessel Manual Regeneration Fuel Gas Dryer
PSB type NG-SR is an ideal system for drying small to medium volumes of natural gas for stations with intermittent use. Each unit is conservatively sized to remove moisture from gas upstream of the natural gas compressor.When the initial charge of desiccant has-reached maximum drying capacity, it can be regenerated manually with the operator initiated, external regeneration package. A `DDP` Digital Dew Point Meter is provided to indicate the effluent dew point, confirming performance, and need for regeneration. PSB`s standard package includes factory fit pre filter for removing dirt/aerosols and after filter for removing desiccant dust.

Each unit is conservatively sized to remove moisture from gas upstream of the natural gas compressor.When the initial charge of desiccant has reached maximum drying capacity, it can either be replaced or regenerated with an external regeneration package, consult PSB for more information.An optional `DDP` Digital Dew Point meter will provide indication of effluent dew point confirming performance or need for desiccant replacement regeneration.PSB`s standard package includes factory fit pre-filter and particulate after-filter.

PSB type NG-SV-FM is an ideal system for drying small volumes of natural gas for stations with intermittent use. Each unit is conservatively sized to remove moisture from gas upstream of the natural gas compressor.The diver is shipped with an initial charge of molecular sieve desiccant. Prior to installing shipping plugs, the bed is blanketed with bone dry nitrogen gas. The nitrogen blanket keeps the bed fresh and allows long term storage of the dryer prior to installation.When the initial charge of desiccant has reached maximum drying capacity, it can be replaced with a fresh charge of desiccant.

PSB - Landfill / Digester Gas Refrigerated Dryers
Landfill gas is a by-product of the solid waste decomposition of organic matter deposited in landfills.Digester gas is a by-product of the digestion of sewage sludge.The effluent gas produced in these processes consists mostly of methane and carbon dioxide together with water vapor and minor quantities or organic compounds.PSB Landfill / Digester Gas Dryers remove water vapor and impurities so the gas can be utilized as a fuel or energy source.
