Before EAF, the last generation of furnace usually use ladle to transfer steel liquid. As the liquid temperature is very high, for avoiding the damage to the ladle, we install refractory material inside for protecting ladle. After some time of operation, the refractory material needs to be removed and change new one. So we designed and developed this machine to remove the refractory material quickly.

Straddle Carrier is widely used in shipyards and port for lifing and transporting heavy steel sections. It is mounted on tyres, the steering is very flexiable. The lifing height, span and capacity can be customized as per customers' requirements. The power system can be generator set or cable reel which connects electricity. It is a economical and efficient solution in the transportation of heavy steel strucures or heavy cargos. It can be operated by cabin and Remote control.
