We are manufacturing Type-1 CNG cylinders for On Board application. The extensive research indicates that CNG cylinders provide safe and reliable fuel storage on a vehicle when installed, protected and maintained properly. Owners or operators are strongly recommended to implement practices within their fleets to ensure that CNG cylinders provide safe operation throughout the life of the vehicle. Natural gas vehicles with CNG cylinders should be periodically subjected to either a generic or in-depth inspection to assess its condition for uninterrupted service. Different countries around the world have different norms for the re-assessment of cylinders periodically. The cylinders are designed to sustain a filling pressure of 200 bars. The cylinders are available with a range from 20Ltr. to 200Ltr. in different diameters. The CNG cylinders are available in manufacturing standard such as IS15490, ISO11439,NZS5454, ECE R110.

We manufacture cascades / Bundles for CNG & BIO CNG storage application as per our customer’s requirements. The cascades depend mainly upon the total storage requirements of our customers. The cascade / Bundles are manufacture as per below specification :-
