Raycap products

Raycap’s RSCAC Series are AC Disconnects with integrated surge protection designed for use with small cell sites. The Series features AC Disconnects, Load Centers and Surge Protection Devices Suitable for Use as Service Equipment (SUSE). The patent-pending designs provide robust overvoltage surge protection for the AC power circuits for today’s small cell radio systems. They employ Raycap’s patented Strikesorb® 30-A-2CHV modules capable of withstanding direct surge currents up to 5kA (10/350 μs) and induced surge currents up to 60 kA (8/20 μs). The RSCAC series provides dual (Line 1 to Neutral) (Line 2 to Neutral) protection for up to twelve AC circuits, for protection of up to 12 small cell radio heads. The Series comes in a variety of options, see datasheets linked below for types.

The RSTAC Series are AC Power Protection Cabinet Solutions with integrated Raycap Surge Protection. The products come in a variety of options with many Suitable for use as Service Entrance Equipment with an upstream breaker.  The enclosures are NEMA 4 and include a 20A single pole main breaker,  two 5A and one 7A single pole breakers for loads, an Isolated Neutral, a Ground bar and many are UL listed. The RSx-X series are AC Disconnect, Load Center and Surge Protection Devices that are Suitable for Use as Service Equipment (SUSE). The patent-pending designs provide robust overvoltage surge protection for up to 10 AC power circuits for today’s small cell radio systems. The Series comes standard with (2) din rail 13mm breakers (2x20A) providing (2) 120VAC circuits which can be bridged to provide (1) 240V feed. Available surge protection options include Raycap Strikesorb 30-A-2CHV Class I devices or Raycap ProTec Class II Din Rail devices. An optional lockable front hatch provides access to the main breaker. The Series comes in a variety of options, see the datasheets linked below for types.
