A wide range of expert engineering skills are necessary to support the development, construction and operation of wind farms. Over the past 30 years RES Engineering has gained all the expertise necessary to support our wind farm business on a global scale.

RES has the capability to deliver the construction of windfarms on a turnkey basis; we build projects on behalf of other developers as well as for RES. The turnkey approach ensures a cost-effective and efficient service with just one point of contact between the client and contractor. We have helped to establish industry standards by completing our projects of outstanding quality and to client`s specification with stringent regard to health and safety whilst working to short construction timetables and within budget.

When developing and designing our projects, we involve local communities and commission independent environmental assessments. We are essentially guests on the sites at this stage, so we look to establish and maintain good relationships with landowners and the local communities. We also work closely with legal authorities to secure the necessary leases, planning and grid connection permits.
