Resato - Full Sized Hydrogen Refueling Station

The Full Sized Station (FSS) by Resato Hydrogen Technology is engineered to meet the expanding needs for public hydrogen refueling infrastructure, catering to both light and heavy duty vehicles. Employing a modular and scalable design, this station ensures energy-efficient and uninterrupted refueling processes. It offers a maximum refueling capacity of up to 2000 kg of hydrogen daily, made possible by its innovative cooling systems that uphold a Global Warming Potential (GWP) of less than 3. The station is built to accommodate various hydrogen input methods, including gas cylinders and electrolyzers, and maintains more than 95% uptime. It adheres to international standards, including SAE J2601/5 and AFIR, and facilitates the acquisition of grants aimed at green hydrogen technology. The user-friendly interface simplifies operations, making this station a robust choice for sustainable hydrogen refueling needs.

Resato - Tubular Trailer Filling Stations for Hydrogen Distribution

The Tube Trailer Filling Station (TTFS) by Resato Hydrogen Technology is a modular system that plays a pivotal role in the hydrogen supply chain. It acts as an efficient solution for filling tube trailers with hydrogen produced locally, often near renewable energy sources like solar farms. This system supports electrolysers up to 30 MW and offers flexibility to expand to 12 filling points based on demand. With four pressure levels available, ranging from 200 to 500 BAR, it ensures safe and customizable hydrogen transfer. One of the significant advantages is the ability to optimize operations in line with electricity pricing fluctuations, thus minimizing operational costs (OPEX). Furthermore, an innovative sealing solution decreases maintenance frequency, contributing to a competitive total cost of ownership (TCO). As hydrogen's role in reducing CO₂ emissions grows in importance, TTFS systems are integral to efficient distribution logistics.

Resato - Fleet Owner Station for Hydrogen Vehicle Refueling

The Fleet Owner Station (FOS) is an advanced hydrogen refueling solution designed specifically to meet the demands of hydrogen vehicle fleets. Capable of delivering hydrogen at pressures up to 700 bar, this system is engineered to support a wide range of applications including both light-duty vehicles like cars and vans, as well as heavy-duty vehicles such as buses and trucks. Its smart, modular design allows for easy modification of hydrogen supply capabilities, ensuring flexibility and adaptability. The station is composed of three key components: a compression module, a dispensing module, and a control console, which together guarantee operation efficiency and safety. With a footprint requirement of only 16 m², the FOS is suitable for both urban and rural settings, and its movable capabilities, allowing relocation within two days, make it ideal for expanding hydrogen infrastructure networks. Additionally, it supports multiple hydrogen sources such as gas cylinders, electrolyzers, and pipelines.

Resato - Ultra-High-Capacity Hydrogen Refueling Station

Resato Hydrogen Technology, in collaboration with Van Halteren Technologies, is developing an innovative Ultra-High-Capacity Hydrogen Refueling Station aimed at facilitating efficient refueling for both heavy-duty and light-duty vehicles. The project draws from previous experience with Tube Trailer Filling Stations and focuses on a modular H2 Direct system. This design is future-oriented, enabling scalable expansion to meet growing hydrogen demands, with a capacity ranging from 2,000 to 10,000 kg per day. The station employs a hydraulically driven compressor to compress hydrogen to pressures of 350 or 700 bar, catering to various mobility needs. It features a flexible design supporting multiple dispensers, ensuring adaptability and a high-performance operation with minimal moving parts. This reduces operational expenses and downtime, offering further benefits through an optional energy management system that enhances energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness, promoting its use for substantial industrial and transport applications.
