Energy Storage Battery
RITAR - Solid-state Lead Battery
The OPzV Series Solid-state Lead Battery from Ritar incorporates advanced battery technology developed from traditional lead-acid systems. Utilizing gas-phase nano silica as the electrolyte, this OPzV series replaces the conventional sulfuric acid electrolyte, creating a colloidal medium that eventually solidifies. This innovation provides superior conductivity while eliminating electrolyte leaks and volatilization, resulting in extended battery life and lower maintenance costs. The battery is engineered and constructed in compliance with DIN standards, featuring a die-cast positive grid and a patented active material formula. The series surpasses DIN standards with a floating design life of 20 to 25 years at 25°C and is well-suited for cyclic usage even under extreme operating environments. Key metrics include a wide ambient temperature application range, robust high and low-temperature performance, and exceptional deep discharge cycle capabilities. This series is ideal for energy storage in wind and solar power generation, grid frequency and peak regulation, virtual power plants, and a host of other applications. Its multi-layer stacking capability allows for energy storage density per unit area to be significantly higher than other battery types, promoting high efficiency and profitability with over 94% charge-discharge efficiency.
Reserve Power Battery
RITAR - High Rate Discharge VRLA Batteries
Ritar Power's HR Series is a line of High Rate Discharge VRLA Batteries designed specifically for applications requiring heavy load discharge. These batteries come in voltage classes of 6V and 12V, with a capacity range extending from 16W to 850W. Engineered to deliver superior energy density and high power output, the HR Series boasts low self-discharge performance and a wide operational temperature range, ensuring reliability in various environments. Notably, the HR Series is distinguished by a long design life, offering a lifespan of 8 to 15 years in float service. The robust construction, featuring strong grids and specially designed active material, enables these batteries to achieve stable performance even under high current discharge scenarios. Moreover, this series provides 30% more power output than standard battery ranges, making it an ideal choice for applications such as Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), Emergency Power Supplies (EPS), and data centers where high current loads are essential.
