L&E`s product range also includes spraying- and dipping systems (cycled or continuous operation) for pre-treating and cathodic dip painting bodies and body styling parts made in a wide variety of materials. Systems of this type are planned specifically to meet the customer`s needs while taking into account throughput rates, process parameters, material- and energy use as well as environmental aspects. This is done in close collaboration with the chemical- and paint suppliers. It was under these aspects that L&E set up a complete aluminium pretreatment and etching facility, including electric control system and handling equipment, at the VW plant in Bratislava, Slovakia. We reserve the right to make technical modifications on the grounds of continuous advances made in technology.
