The Rotork Master Station provides the high integrity link from the Distributed Control System (DCS) to the devices in the field. It comes complete with a large touch screen interface to allow operators and engineers to see exactly what is happening to the system and the field devices at any time. A hot standby Rotork Master Station allows for continued availability of the system in the event of a component failure. Host ports allow connection to multiple host systems at the same time with redundant communication links where necessary. In the event of a fault occurring, the changeover to the standby is seamless without loss of data and control.

The IQT Battery Backup actuator provides valve fail-safe operation by utilising power from a battery source during AC supply mains failure. Under normal supply conditions the actuator operates from the site AC electrical supply. On loss of this supply the actuator automatically switches over to receive power from a 24 VDC supply allowing control of the valve to the pre-configured position.

Replacement handwheels can be ordered blank or custom fitted. If fitted, dimensional information is required.

The gas-over-oil range of pipeline actuators are designed to use pipeline gas as the motive power source. They utilise our robust GH and RH quarter-turn prime movers and are field proven in installations around the world. Control configurations are available to meet virtually any operational requirements.

Hydraulic power units (HPU) complement our extensive offering of rotary and linear actuators. We have over three decades of experience in their manufacture with units in service in a variety of plants and pipelines in locations spanning the globe.
