The v1 LED was developed to replace the former RSL standard Halogen Lamps. The LED Ring has been developed purely for RSL and during extensive underwater trials we have found that the LED light performs much better in bad visibility than the previous standard quartz halogen lamp.

The RSL Ultra Bright 2 was developed in response to new technology and the desire to cut the running costs and extend usage lifetimes. The LED Light cuts through Organic and Non Organic Matter, giving a sharper image.
