A Property Condition Assessment (PCA) is an inspection and evaluation of a building and site features, and is completed in general conformance with the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) Practice E2018-08. The PCA generally involves an inspection of the building envelope (roof, walls, window systems, doors), interior finishes, the electrical/mechanical systems, accessible structural components, exterior site features (i.e., walkways, roadways, parking, landscaping, etc.) and an assessment of the fire/life safety systems.
