Use instead of waste. The ROTONOX GL uses rotary atomiser technology to burn a wide range of gaseous and highly viscous liquids more economically and with lower emissions than any other burner. Even contaminated oils and biogenic fuels are no problem for the ROTONOX GL and underline the strength of the robust design. The rotary atomiser technology offers maximum reliability with optimum burnout, very low emission values and an enormous longevity.

As an innovative development in the domain of low NOx gas burners, the ATONOX from SAACKE heralds the start of a new generation. The secret lies mainly in the modular assembly system, from which various burner types can be readily configured. This makes the ATONOX extremely flexible and reduces effort and costs i.e. for modernization.

If space is limited, the hot gas generators of the CCS-HTcompact series are often the first choice. The CCS-HTcompact consists of a double steel shell, lined with refractory bricks inside. Optimised for natural gas combustion systems, a SAACKE SSB-G is used as the burner, which generates a moderate combustion chamber temperature thanks to a high excess of air, guarantees perfect burnout and thus very low emissions.

With the CCS-HT combustion chamber series, SAACKE offers standardized hot gas generators in a wide load range. Proven thousands of times in real applications, they are suitable for all standard fuels as well as numerous special fuels and can be used to operate any SAACKE burner in almost any installation position.

The special spherical shape of the furnace top plate gives an increased stability against ship vibrations and protects this part of the boiler against partial overheating, because residues in the boiler water are led to the boiler bottom before they can accumulate on the furnace top plate.
