Saertex - Multiaxial Non-Crimp Fabric

Innovative and tailor-made: SAERTEX composite reinforcements made of glass, carbon and aramid fibers. Those materials are also known as NCFs (non-crimp fabrics). We deliver non-crimp fabrics with more than 3,000 article designs. Depending on the fiber type, surface weight and angle combination, various mechanical characteristics can be achieved. SAERTEX multiaxials are individually configured for our customers and optimally adapted to a range of processes. Suitable methods are vacuum infusion, RTM, pultrusion, prepreg, compression, etc.

Saertex - Glass and Carbon Fiber Fabric

The SAERTEX Basic Line is our new standard product range with fast delivery due to availability from stock. It includes a portfolio of selected classics of glass and carbon fiber fabrics as well as SAERcore, SAERflow and SAERfix EP.

Saertex - Easy Drape UD for Wind Turbine Rotor Blades

SAERTEX has succeeded in achieving better mechanical values and easier handling of the materials by further developing the textile unidirectional fabrics used in the spar cap. SAERTEX EASY DRAPE UD is a new unidirectional fabric that is not only virtually wave-free, but can also be processed 15% faster. The newly developed glass fiber reinforcing material is used in the manufacture of rotor blades for wind turbines and thus meets all the high requirements in the field of energy generation from wind power. Our new Glass UD fabrics allow us to meet market requirements while also guaranteeing our customers improved quality of their composite components.

SAERfix - Self-Adhesive Non-Crimp Fabric

The adhesives in the SAERfix product group, that have been developed and patented by SAERTEX, simply make the positioning of multiaxial interlaid complexes of glass, carbon or aramid easier. Non-Crimp Fabrics finished with SAERfix EP and SAERfix UP are self-adhesive. Thanks to SAERfix, using additional spray adhesives is a thing of the past when laying-up technical textiles in the mould.
