Saskatoon Boiler - Glycol Boilers
Since 1972, our industry leading glycol boilers have been developed in consultation with some of our largest petroleum customers. They have proven their reliability over the years in actual operation due in large part to our proprietary internal distribution system, which produces a forced circulation within the boiler preventing localized hot spots. Saskatoon Boiler offers glycol boilers reaning up to 40 MMBTU (11,725 kW) and temperatures up to 400° F (204°C).

Saskatoon Boiler - Coal Boilers
Saskatoon Boiler coal fired boilers are designed for steam or hot water service in sizes from 200,000 to 30,000,000 BTU/HR output. All boilers are in compliance with the applicable requirements of the Standard for Solid Fuel Central Heating Appliances, CAN/CSA-B366.1 and are listed and labelled by Underwriters’ Laboratory of Canada. Each unit consists of a boiler, stoker, safety controls and electrical equipment, all assembled as a complete unit. All boilers have low water cut-offs to shut off fuel supply when the water in the boiler drops below minimum level. All equipment is assembled at the manufacturer’s plant as a complete unit and shipped as a package.
Saskatoon Boiler - Custom Fabrication System
Saskatoon Boiler provides custom fabrication and stress relieving of numerous pressure and non-pressure related items such as kiln and dryer sections, eccentric and concentric cones, pipe spools and coils, water boxes and headers. Stress relieving of items up to 24 feet in length, requiring heating to 1500 degrees Fahrenheit can be accommodated. We are also able to accommodate all your custom rolling requirements up to 2 inches (5.08 cm) thick as well your custom Code, non-Code, pressure and non-pressure welding needs.
